ACCOUNT

Eligibility 

Accessing our site and viewing our products and services does not require any registration.

However, if you decide to buy any product from our website you will need to become a registered user (which is totally free).

In order to register to www.ilikodomiki.com, you must

  • Agree to our Terms; and
  • Provide true, complete, and up-to-date contact information.

By using our website, you represent and warrant that you meet all the requirements listed above, and that you won’t use our website in a way that violates any laws or regulations.

We may refuse service, close accounts of any users, and change eligibility requirements at any time.

Pricing and Availability

All prices are inclusive of legally applicable VAT, according to the current VAT legislation.

Prices listed on our website can be changed at any time without any notice.
All product offers are valid until stock lasts or until offer lasts.

We list availability information for products sold on our website, on each product information page. Beyond what we say on that page or otherwise on the website, we cannot be more specific about availability. As we process your order, we will inform you by e-mail or by phone as soon as possible if any products in you order turn out to be unavailable and you will not be charged for those products.

Product information

Unless expressly indicated otherwise, we are not the manufacturer of the products sold on our website. While we work to ensure that product information on our website is correct, actual product packaging and materials may contain more and different information to that displayed on our website. Colours may also differ. All information about the products on our website is provided for information purposes only. We recommend that you do not rely solely on the information presented on our website. Please always read labels, warnings and directions provided with the product before use.


Discounts
 

We always seek the opportunity to thank you for being loyal customers, so we occasionally decide to send discount vouchers via e-mail, for you to enjoy your shopping at a lower cost!

You can add your discount voucher number at the checkout point of your order and it’s applicable on nearly all products shown on our website. When a product is already on a special offer, additional discount with the discount voucher  is not be applicable.

Payments

We will never ask for any financial information, such as your bank account number, credit card numbers, or any other information related with financial data.

All payments are performed by credit card using a secure Gateway checkout page provided by JCC Payment Systems Ltd, otherwise using PAYPAL.
When you are about to pay, you will be redirected to the JCC secure Gateway checkout page, enter your payment details and perform the payment and then redirected back to our website to view your order receipt.

In the case of PAYPAL payment, when you are about to pay, you will be redirected to the PAYPAL checkout page, enter your payment details and perform the payment and then redirected back to our website to view your order receipt.

Alternatively, there is the choice of Cash on Delivery, on which case the amount payable is paid in CASH directly to the courier upon delivery of the order

Delivery 

We will deliver only within the island of Cyprus and will do so for all weekdays, except Sundays and holidays.

We currently offer 2 ways of delivering our products to you:
- Pick-up from any ACS pick-up office or AKIS Express pick-up office  (Delivery fee of €5.00)
- Home Delivery, using ACS Courier, except some remote areas (Delivery fee of €7.00)

We will do our best to deliver your product within 1-3 working days.
Please note that delivery estimates are just that. They are not guaranteed delivery times and should not be relied upon as such.

We cannot take responsibility for order and delivery delays outside our liabilities or for delays that occur as a result of Acts of God (like fire, flood, earthquake, storm, or other natural disaster), war, invasion, civil war, rebellion, riot, terrorist activities, blockage, embargo, labour dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service.

ALTHOUGH WE WILL NEVER DISPATCH A PRODUCT IN DAMAGED PACKAGING, UPON DELIVERY OR PICK-UP, PLEASE ALWAYS CHECK CAREFULLY AND MAKE SURE THAT THE EXTERNAL PACKAGING AND THE ADHESIVE STEPHANIS-SIGNED TAPE ARE INTACT, TO AVOID RECEIVING A FAULTY OR NON-FULLY FUNCTIONING PRODUCT.
AFTER YOU SIGN TO RECEIVE THE PRODUCT, YOU ACCEPT THE PRODUCT AS IT IS AND YOU HAVE NO CLAIM REGARDING THE PACKAGING AND THE GENERAL CONDITION OF THE PRODUCT.

Order cancellation and Returns

Please review our Returns & Cancellation Policy which applies to all products sold by our website.

Children 

We do not sell products for purchase by children. We sell children's products for purchase by adults. If you are under 18 you may only use our website with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Customers have the right to return all products within 15 days of delivery,if approved unilaterally by our company.
You can use this page to learn about our return and cancellation policy.

RETURNS POLICY 

Returns 

Please use the following scenarios accordingly:

Scenario 1 - Unopened, unused, in its original packaging

Return at P&P ILIKODOMIKI LTD shop within 15 working days from delivery date, along with the receipt of purchase.

You can either return the product(s) personally to our shop P&P ILIKODOMIKI LTD, or using any courier of your choice.

In the case you choose return via courier, you are liable for the delivery fee applied by the courier.

The product can be exchanged with voucher of equivalent value or with other product of equivalent value, otherwise by a refund of the value of your purchases accordingly to the payment of purchase.

Scenario 2 - Opened, unused, in its original packaging

Return at P&P ILIKODOMIKI LTD shop within 15 working days from delivery date, along with the receipt of purchase.

You can either return the product(s) personally to our shop P&P ILIKODOMIKI LTD, or using any courier of your choice.

In the case you choose return via courier, you are liable for the delivery fee applied by the courier.

The product will be checked from our Service Department and if it complies with our Warranty Policy we will proceed with the exchange.

The product can be exchanged with voucher of equivalent value or with other product of equivalent value, otherwise by a refund of the value of your purchases accordingly to the payment of purchase.

  •  In the case of payment using JCC or PAYPAL, the refund will be directly issued back to either your credit/debit card or PAYPAL account.
  • In the case of “cash on delivery”, a voucher of equivalent value will be issued to be used in our shop P&P ILIKODOMIKI LTD or online at www.ilikodomiki.com


Scenario 3 - Faulty or not fully functioning

Return at P&P ILIKODOMIKI LTD shop, along with the receipt of purchase and its original packing.

In the case you choose return via courier, (in this case and only) you are NOT liable for the delivery fee applied by the courier.

The product will be checked from our Service Department and if it complies with our Warranty Policy we will proceed with exchange or repair.

The product can be exchanged with the same product or other product of equivalent value.

If the product needs to be repaired we will inform you about the available options you have. 

In any case we may request from the customer to allow a reasonable period of time for us to carry out any technical inspection to the product.

We will NOT charge you for inspection fees in any case.

Where to return your products 

You can return your products, at any  P&P ILIKODOMIKI LTD shop,

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 08:00 to 18:30

Wednesday and Saturday from 08:00 to 13:00

If using return via courier, please return to P&P ILIKODOMIKI LTD, 30 Kolonakiou Street, Agios Athanasios, 4103, Limassol.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Once you have finalized and paid for your order, we do not accept cancellations. The product(s) is immediately sent to our Online Sales department and therefore we cannot cancel the order.

In the case that you have not yet finalized or paid for your order, simply access your online “basket” and amend your order.

Changes to our Returns and Cancellation Policy 

We reserve the right to change or update our Returns and Cancellation Policy. We will however post any changes on this page.

LIMITED WARRANTY OF P&P ILIKODOMIKI LTD

(VAT NO. 10023137A, COMPANY REGISTRATION NO. 23138)

  1. This limited guarantee is provided to the consumer of the product (“the Client”). It does not exclude nor does it limit any rights of the Client which are mandatory under the law.
  2. The duration of the warranty is 12 months, unless stated otherwise for a specific product and it is valid from the date of purchase of the product by the client.
    If the product is replaced, the duration of the warranty shall continue for the remaining part of the 12-month warranty period starting from the purchase invoice date.
  3. The products covered under the above mentioned warranty are all the electronic and electric tools, diesel-powered or petrol-powered tools and all the hand-tools with value equal or greater than €20.00.
  4. Excluded from this warranty are all the items that do not fall in the above mentioned categories (e.g.: clothing equipment, mosaic tiles, protection wear like protective glasses, dust masks, etc) as well as all the disposables (e.g.: pain rollers, paint brushes, masking tape
  5. During the warranty period, P&P ILIKODOMIKI LTD will repair for free, replace the defective product for free, or the agreement may be denounced according to law 7(I) of 2000 article 5 paragraph 6 and provided that the notification of the defect of the product is performed in less than 2 months from the occurrence, according to law 7(I) of 2000 article 5 paragraph 2 upon its sole discretion.
  6. P&P ILIKODOMIKI LTD will return the repaired or other product to their client in a working condition. If a defective part is being repaired, then the component shall be changed. In case of repair, the defective part will be changed. The term “part” means all parts of the product including its main chip (engine). All replaced components or other equipment which has been replaced shall become the property of P&P ILIKODOMIKI LTD.
  7. This limited warranty does not apply for natural wear and tear. Also, it does not apply if:
  •  The defect was caused because the product has been subject to use in a manner not conforming to the instructions of the manufacturer, abuse, if it was exposed to humidity or extreme hot or environmental conditions, or sudden changes in such conditions, corrosion, rusting, non-authorized modifications or connections, non-authorized opening or repair, repair with the use of non-authorized spare parts, misuse, unsuitable installation, accident, natural phenomena, which are beyond the reasonable control of P&P ILIKODOMIKI LTD (including for instance defects in the department of consumable parts such as batteries, which as a rule have a limited life) unless the defect was caused directly because of the use of defective materials, designs or workmanship,
  • The product serial number, the identifying date code, or the IMEI number, have been removed, deleted, defaced or altered or are illegible,
  • The defect was caused by a defective network operation,
  • The defect was caused by the fact that the product was used or was connected to a computer not compatible to the technical specifications of the appliance,
  • The product has not been checked by the technical department of P&P ILIKODOMIKI LTD to establish and verify the defect of the appliance.

The limited warranty shall be valid only if the client presents the original product purchase receipt and delivers the product to P&P ILIKODOMIKI LTD.

This limited warranty is the sole and exclusive means for customer satisfaction according to P&P ILIKODOMIKI LTD and the sole and exclusive liability of P&P ILIKODOMIKI LTD against the client for defects or malfunction of the product. This limited warranty substitutes all other guarantees and obligations, either verbal, written (non-mandatory) by law, conventional, malfeasance or others. P&P ILIKODOMIKI LTD will not, under any circumstances, be liable for direct damage, costs or expenses, if the client is a legal person.

Any modification or amendment of this limited warranty requires the prior written consent of P&P ILIKODOMIKI LTD.

For any problems of the product not referred to above, the company shall not be liable for their repair. The company is only liable to inform the client and to request consent for additional charges.

If the warranty for a defective product has expired or if the appliance has not been purchased by P&P ILIKODOMIKI LTD and the repair costs do not exceed €25 (including VAT), no prior consent is required from the client for its repair, notwithstanding the current price of the product.

No warranty is provided for repairs regarding water damages.

In case the client does not collect the items he/she has brought in for repair within two (2) months, then the company shall not be liable for their safe keeping.

The products of P&P ILIKODOMIKI LTD are covered by warranty either by the company itself or by the legal representative in Cyprus.

All consumables or components of a product (for instance chargers, batteries, etc) are covered by a warranty for good function under terms referred to in point 5, for a period not exceeding three (3) months.

This limited warranty is valid for products which have been sold by P&P ILIKODOMIKI LTD. In case of a defect of the product, the client is obliged to deliver the product to the point of sale of the company P&P ILIKODOMIKI LTD.

The company P&P ILIKODOMIKI LTD warrantees that this product is at the time of its original purchase free of defects in manufacturing, materials, design and workmanship under the above terms and conditions.

For customer care issues or damages the client can make a complaint following the procedure below. The appropriate manager will contact the client immediately and arrange to examine the case.

Information about after sales issues

In the event of operational problems, damage to the product or to change a product the consumer can follow the following procedures:

  1. Return the product at P&P ILIKODOMIKI shop according to our «Returns and Cancellation» regulations mentioned in our website.
  2. Hand in the defective product to P&P ILIKODOMIKI shop where the product will be recorded in our system and will be examined by our Technical Department according to our «Limited Warranty» regulations mentioned on our website.
